I cannot recommend Julie and Robin enough for anyone that is even slightly anxious about leaving their pets whilst they go on holiday. We had taken on a nervous second dog and were unable to consider kennels and had no family willing to care for both dogs together, as they are both medium-large breeds. I looked into trusted house sitters and was immediately relieved when speaking with Robin and Julie. They made a lot of effort to come and meet both dogs prior to staying with them (on two separate occasions) and I knew instantly that they would be well looked after. The house was left exactly as we left it, Julie and Robin bring all of their own things and only ask for one or two very small things during their stay. We got several updates per day with pictures of the dogs clearly enjoying themselves. They were walked 3 times a day, in new and varied places, in all weathers! They were taken to the local dog park for time off lead to play and explore more freely. I hope that Julie and Robin will be available for any future trips we might take, as I felt thoroughly reassured and could relax and enjoy my holiday as a result.

Julie and Robin have sat for us before so we knew Kobe and our home were in great hands.
Everything was perfect when we arrived home.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Robin and Julie were great sitters to our cat Pollux. They were low maintenance in the build up and were incredibly self sufficient during their stay. They sent regular updates and photos and it was clear our cat was being well looked after and was happy. On returning to our house we found it brilliantly clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Robin and Julie as sitters.

R&J were wonderful house sitters who really went the extra mile by accommodating a change in my dates and looking after the house so well. The dogs were happy and comfortable and enjoyed the extra attention. R&J sent me lovely pictures and updates throughout the sit and were very clear in their communication/planning. They even brought their own supplies! I enjoyed having them stay and would welcome them back anytime.

This was Robin and Julie’s second sit within a few months, much to spaniel Fern’s delight. They are absolutely ideal sitters in every way.

Robin and Julie were the perfect sitters. They were great communicators, loved all of the photos that were shared. Took awesome care of my cats and my home. I knew everything was in great hands at all times which left me to really enjoy my extended stay away from home with total ease and confidence. I would highly recommend them for your situation.

Having Robin and Julie in our home and taking care of our little dog has been an absolute delight. We could rest assured our pup and house were in the best hands while we were away. They are well organized, considerate, and quite capable at handling any situation. Our pup was so happy with their daily hikes and daily attention and affection, I'm sure she will miss them, as well.

Robin and Julie were both delightful and took good care of our house and girl. Maia was well-exercised with multiple daily walk/runs and seemed quite happy on our return. Sheets and towels were laundered, bed was remade and the house was very tidy on our return. They even cooked us dinner the night we arrived home. Can't recommend them highly enough and would love to have them return.

Robin and Julie are outstanding house and pet sitters. They handled all the dramas we could throw at them serenely and without any fuss. We can't recommend them highly enough: to come home to bedding washed and aired, kitchen sparkling and no cobwebs! Wow.
They coped with dreadful weather and very slippery conditions, rescued one of the sheep most competently and managed to befriend Bertie the bachelor cockatiel.
We were very fortunate to have Julie and Robin. If they offer to come to your home, jump at the chance! Thank you both very much.

We felt completely confident with Robin and Julie from first contact six months before the ‘sit’ until they left. Ideal communication both in advance, and while we were away. They left the house absolutely immaculate - even leaving a thoughtful gift. As for Fern the spaniel, I think there must have been a bit of mutual adoration going on. She certainly had a wonderful time with Robin and Julie. Thank you!

Robin and Julie were such great house sitters. I would highly recommend them for any house sitting stay.

They were lovely, friendly people who have had many years of experience in house sitting. My dog, Bella, took to them immediately and I felt totally happy leaving her in their care.

They were thoughtful about sending me updates showing Bella on different walks and running around the garden, which was nice and Julie left some delicious curry for me, along with some kifir which I will keep going. Julie also made a sweet needle felt model of Bella, which is such a great reminder of their sit.

Robin and Julie were understanding and accommodating of a minor leaking toilet cistern, which occurred the day they arrived, too late for me to have fixed.

I’m so very thankful to have had Robin and Julie look after Tobi and my home.

Tobi was happy and I could feel he was very well loved and cared for.

5 Stars isn’t enough for Julie & Robin 10 plus would be more like it.
Julie and Robin looked after our sensitive aging greyhound Pip for 2 months. Pip can be a bit of a fussy eater and through their gentle encouragement and care she managed to put weight on during their stay. We were delighted with this as Pip stops eating if she is stressed.
Whilst we were away Julie and Robin had to deal with a Tornado hitting our suburb and leaving them without power. Considering it was summer and the temps were 30C and up this made for a very stressful and uncomfortable few days. They were very stoic and made Pip their number one priority, making sure she stayed as cool as possible and didn’t get heat stroke.
We had constant updates whilst away and lots of photos which was such a reassurance.
Our home was spotless and well cared for when we returned.
We would have Robin & Julie back again in a heart beat. Pip is missing them already. Please don’t hesitate to have them look after your pets, you really won’t be disappointed. Thanks Julie & Robin you have been superstars.

How lovely Robin & Julie are. They arrived promptly & got on with the boys well (they'd been in July to introduce themselves to them). Whilst they were here, there were regular pupdates & our furbabies were well looked after & happy.

Robin and Julie were perfect sitters for us. Not only are they very personable but they treated our kitty as if he was their own. Our cat was very chilled when we got home, which means that he felt very well looked after. The house was clean and tidy, and they made us a dish for supper when we got back. Delicious!! We would love to have them back again, and will try to make that happen.

Robin and Julie were fantastic sitters - excellent communications before and during their stay, a wonderful level of pet care, and everything was left super clean and tidy. We would 100% recommend them - thank you for everything!

If you are lucky enough to have Robin and Julie pet sit for you, both you and your pets are in for a treat ! The dog care was excellent. One of the dogs even sulked for the day after they left as she liked their company so much. Robin and Julie looked after the house really well too. They cut the grass without being asked, the house was immaculate and they even fed us a lovely dinner when we got home after a long journey. Thank-you again Robin and Julie.

Robin and Julie are a joy to have looking after Billy, chickens, garden and house. They are a down to earth, careful, self-motivating and interesting couple who we had absolute confidence in to look after things while we were away. They kept us posted and we were pleased that they found all the lovely walks in the area with Billy in tow - or leading! We have a delightful little furry model of said Billy, and a charming embroidered picture of the house made by Julie to remind us of a successful sit. We returned to a very happy dog, immaculate house and well-watered garden. Thank you Robin and Julie.

Julie and Robin are lovely people. They have given great care to our dog Snoopy and our home. We got regular updates and photos throughout the day, which set our minds at ease during our holiday. When we got back home Snoopy was really comfortable in their presence and it was lovely seeing him still wanting to cuddle with them even when we were home. Robin & Julie were the perfect sitters. Such lovely people, super polite, friendly and happy to chat with us, knew exactly how to look after Claudia and even left us a beautiful handmade felt model of Claudia when we arrived home.
It was great to get to know them slightly and hear about their life! We would love to meet them again and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for sitters!

Robin and Julie were absolutely fabulous with our little pup while we were on our trip. They took daily hikes with her, weather permitting, sent photos of her and updates daily on WhatsApp, and cared for her as if she were their own fur-baby! Julie even made a tiny wool sculpture of our pup, along with a small, embroidered picture of our house!
They also took such good care of our home--left it clean and running smoothly, plants watered. They were unperturbed when the electricity went off during a heavy rain storm (and the whole house Wall battery kicked in).
I highly recommend Julie and Robin for house and dog sitting!

Robin and Julie are quite simply the best. They are kind and generous people and very conscientious about fulfilling their responsibilities as pet/housesitters. They are excellent communicators and truly go above and beyond, providing lots of nice little extras. We always felt confident that our pets and home were well cared for while we were gone.

Robin and Julie were lovely to have as guests, and wonderful to be around in general. I was lucky enough to be able to spend some time with them before and after the sit, and I can't say enough good things about their demeanor and Julie's cooking ability! Not to mention, our furbabies Maeve, Aretha, and Skizzy adored them and they left the house in impeccable order. Julie even left a needle-tuft version of Maeve, which is the cutest thing!!

We are the lucky family that got to have Robin and Julie housesit for us a SECOND time! So lucky! Winnie and Pickle were loved to pieces and our house was looked after as we’d look after it ourselves. Robin and Julie are wonderful, kind and considerate people who adore animals and adventure! They are the perfect sitters, and anyone who manages to book them can rest assured that their home and pets will be so well cared for. Julie and Robin are a lovely couple who were extremely organised and helpful, and I don't think our pets even noticed us leaving!!!
They kept us constantly updated with news and photos, which totally reassured us our babies were fine.
They met up with our friends so that our dogs's routine didn't change and handled any issues (we had mice in the kitchen and could not return in time because of a cancelled flight) with calm reassurance.
Lovely people it was a pleasure to meet and we heartily recommend them.

Julie and Robin looked after our beloved dog Toby so well. We felt so happy knowing we could have a week away and he would be safe and happy. Thank you both so much !

Robin and Julie looked after our dog, 2 cats and 2 hens for a month. They are both delightful people and we were able to share a bit of time with them after their arrival and before we left. A review we’d read after one of their previous housesits had made us laugh. It said “ don’t expect your pets to welcome you home”. We learned it wasn’t a complete joke!! Our pets were exquisitely looked after and while they do actually seem happy to have us back, Robin and Julie are a tough act to follow on the animal entertainment front! While we were away they kept us up to date with frequent photos of ‘the gang’ and stories of outings. They also left our home neat, spotless and Julie gifted us with a needlework image of our house and a felt likeness of our dog, Oxmo. We would recommend them without hesitation and hope that they will be able to make a return visit one day. 5 stars is apparently top rating - we’d be willing to give 10!

Amazing, Robin and Julie took extra special care of Millie and Milo so much so that the dogs didn’t want them to leave which says it all. We returned to two happy dogs and a spotless house. Communication was excellent with photos showing us the dogs out on walks and relaxing at home, couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you both so much!

Robin and Julie sat for the second time last week. Robin has won over both of the boys and from photos they sent I was not missed in the slightest. It's so nice to know that both cats are happy. The house was left clean and tidy. Robin also helped me with some house admin stuff that needed sorting while I was away. Many thanks for that. Julie left a felted gift that she made of Freddy. I now have the pair, Freddy and Robbie. Perhaps their will be a hedgehog if they stay again. Thank you both and I would recommend you both to anyone who is looking for cat whisperers.

Robin and Julie were just wonderful! We couldn't have wished for more perfect Housesitters. Winnie and Pickle loved them to bits and I think the feeling was mutual. Robin and Julie took Winnie all over the place with them, on park runs, to national trust visits, pub lunches, all sorts! We had little updates and photos too which was really appreciated. I think Winnie loved every minute of time she spent with them. We returned to a beautifully clean and tidy home, happy sitters and very happy pets!

I feel incredibly lucky that Robin and Julie offered to sit for us as they were truly exceptional sitters but - be warned - your pets may not welcome you home! They were patient and kind with the differing needs of our 2 dogs and treated them both with such care and affection. Even Zelda, our everso shy cat was sleeping on their bed within a couple of days.
The dogs went on adventures every day and enjoyed lots of lovely walks and we had daily updates with photos and messages. I can't thank them enough and hope to welcome them back to Kent one day :)

Robin and Julie were wonderful. Very friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. I could tell they liked cats as soon as they arrived and Robbie and Freddie made friends with them very quickly. It's almost unheard of that Robbie sits on laps, but one day on and there was a photo of Robbie perched on Robin's lap. Freddie was allowed to sleep with them which always makes him happy. Regular daily updates of Freddie sitting on laps too... amazing. Freddie is definitely missing both of you.
The house was returned clean and in good order, I was absolutely delighted with Julie's hand made gift. A felted figure of Robbie. We have already agreed a date for Robin and Julie to return. The cats are looking forward to their return as am I. Thank you both.

Robin and Julie were absolutely fabulous housesitters. The communication was great and they gave us piece of mind by arriving early to ensure we could catch our flight on time. They dealt with Flo having her first season superbly and really reassured us when we felt so guilty for not being around at this difficult time for her. We were left the most incredibly felt dog and a cross stich of Maple which we will treasure! I would highly recommend Robin and Julie for any sitting needs!

Robyn and Julie are totally amazing. They drove through storm Eustice to get to us and then stayed with no power for 4 days, going over and beyond what was expected in every way. They looked after all our animals - ducks, hens, pigs, sheep and the dogs. The dogs loved them more than us by the looks of things!! They left the house spotless Julie made us a couple of beautiful felt animals as a gift! It was a joy meeting them and having them to stay. I hope they’ll come back they were amazing!

Well, what can I say! This was my first time requesting a house sitter and Robin and Julie responded. They were absolutely brilliant. If you are lucky enough to have them as your house sitters then you will be very very happy. Just superb and so good with the animals. My boys are sulking now that they have left. I cannot recommend highly enough. They will only let me give 5 stars but I would give them 10 if I could!

Julie & Robin were amazing pet sitters and I definitely recommend them. They took such good care of our two cats, keeping us regularly informed with texts and photos. A very respectful couple. They would be welcomed back.

Robin and Julie were great sitters. From my initial contact they responded very quickly and were very flexible as our plans changed because of Covid! Very quickly Charlie and Ash, our 2 Labradors, warmed to them and I felt no anxiety about leaving them in their care. On a daily basis we had updates, photos and videos of all the great trips they did with our dogs. When we came back, the dogs were in great shape and the house was cleaner than when we left it. I can thoroughly recommend them for future sittings.

Robin & Julie travelled down from Yorkshire to sit for us in Herefordshire. They were well organised and had come prepared by having read our house guide. They came on time, looked after our animals well and left the house in excellent order on their departure. We would welcome them back anytime. Thanks for taking care of Bailey & cats. Robin and Julie came to house sit for us for 2 weeks in September 2020. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic and there was great communication regarding dates/times and how we could safely handover all the information regarding the house and our 2 border collies. They were very prompt with their arrival and very friendly and personable from the start. We felt very confident leaving our pets in their care.

We received regular updates of all the amazing walks that they took the dogs on and they really took the opportunity to explore the local area. The dogs always looked very happy in the pictures and were in great condition on our return.

The house was very clean and tidy and there were some lovely homemade gifts to welcome us back.

We would highly recommend Robin and Julie and would be lucky to have them return for another sit.
